IshWitch's Famous Dip:
Nacho Dip 1 can refried beans
1 jar (24-26 oz) salsa
Shredded cheese (cheddar or a Mexi mix)
I like Walmart's Black Bean and Corn which is mild, but any good "thick
& chunky" is what you want, your choice of mild to hot. Or you can get
a refried bean that has chilis to spice it up.
Mix the beans and salsa together in a microwave safe dish or small
crockpot.
Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
Cover with cheese (if microwaved, toss back in to melt cheese a bit)
and serve with Nachos or Frito's Scoops.
